Clark first came to Austin in 1986 to attend the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in journalism. He worked in communications for two decades, winning an Emmy Award, and traveling the world to write articles and produce television programs for the likes of TLC, Discovery, National Geographic, A&E, and HGTV. He is an avid photographer, and also is the author of a nationally-distributed biography, “The Legendary Life of Bee Ho Gray.”

It was a lifelong passion for restoring historic homes that brought Clark to the real estate industry. Since the early 1990s, he’s been buying, renovating, building, managing, and selling his own houses and vacation rentals in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, England, and Slovakia. His experience in negotiating business contracts and property deals led him to set aside journalism to focus on real estate.

With an unrivaled commitment to serving his clients, Clark prides himself on his proactive approach and knowledge of the Austin-area real estate market. His impeccable work ethic and ability to close the most difficult deals make him an invaluable asset to any buyer or seller.

He has lived and worked in Slovakia, New York, and London, and now resides in the Hill Country near Austin with his wife, two dogs, three cats, two horses, seven goats, fifty chickens, and a tortoise.

Clark was recognized for being in the top 2.5% of approximately 19,000 agents in the Austin Board of Realtors for his production in 2022 and 2023, and has been a consistent top producer for most of his career.
